Welcome to Otway Fields. Our purpose is to provide a place of
peace that allows our guests to connect with the natural environment, experience the unique food and drinks, explore the many natural attractions in our region and be inspired to live more sustainably.
Otway Fields is a special place where you can rest a while and take in the beauty of the Otways. It is much more than a B&B. It is an experience.
If you're looking to explore this beautiful region, breathe clean, fresh country air, then head this way and find yourself in a beautiful part of Victoria. Located between Colac and Forrest, we're perfectly positioned to visit the many attractions of the region including Apollo Bay, Lorne and the Great Ocean Road. Visit the 12 Apostles, The Redwoods, Lake Elizabeth and many more amazing attractions. We are close to Brae Restaurant which is located on the outskirts of Birregurra. This world-renowned restaurant is on every foodie's 'must experience' list! (We'll even drive you so you can enjoy the matching wines!)
Your accommodation is in a beautifully restored wood cutter’s cabin. A private deck overlooks the bucolic scene of sheep and grazing cows and the Otways. Each morning Frans delivers a delicious breakfast basket to your door which you prepare for yourself at your leisure. You'll love the organically grown produce, freshly baked bread, local eggs and our artisan preserves.
Whether you choose to explore the many natural attractions of the region, sample wonderful locally produced food and wines, or simply relax in your safari inspired cabin accommodation, then this is the perfect spot to settle yourself in for a few days.
Book your Otways farm stay now!
Hello, we're your hosts, Frans and Ami, a couple of tree changers who have found 'the good life' on a small 9 acre farmstay in the Otways.
We keep a few cows and chooks and grow most of our fruit and vegetables using organic principles. We love sharing our knowledge gained along the way. We barter our excess produce with friends and neighbours around us. We're all about keeping our food miles low and eating local produce where possible.
