A very small batch of our award winning black garlic salt is available now! We grow our garlic organically on Otway Fields. It is then carefully 'fermented' over a long period to create Black Garlic. This amazing culinary delight has a sweet balsamically flavour. The taste is described as 'umami'. We then dry the black garlic and create salt. Fabulous on steak, grilled tomatoes, eggs, avocado. Anything you like! To be fair to our BGS fans, we're limiting our orders to 2 per customer to give everyone a fair chance of snapping up a packet or two. Thanks!

The garlic used in this product has been grown organically on our farm in the Otways. We hand plant, weed and harvest by hand. A true labour of love. We've then hung it to cure before we slowly 'fermented' it and dried it. The final step is blending the dried, black garlic with Australian rock salt. We hope you enjoy this product.
