We're excited to announce that we have picked up a GOLD award at this year's Australian Food Awards for our delicious Black Garlic Salt! grow our garlic organically on Otway Fields. It is then carefully 'fermented' over a long period to create Black Garlic. This amazing culinary delight has a sweet balsamically flavour. The taste is described as 'umami'. We then dry the black garlic and create salt. Fabulous on steak, grilled tomatoes, eggs, avocado. Anything you like! 40g.
Black Garlic Salt
The garlic used in this product has been grown organically on our farm in the Otways. We hand plant, weed and harvest by hand. A true labour of love. We've then hung it to cure before we slowly 'fermented' it and dried it. The final step is blending the dried, black garlic with Australian rock salt. We hope you enjoy this product.
